LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus – Mid-range Android Tablet

T-Mobile support site has just unveiled a new tablet, touted as the LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus. The site shows the features and specs of the tablet, but there is no pricing detail available. However, the company has not announced any information related to this tablet yet. But it is expected that the T-Mobile will launch LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus in coming weeks.


The LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus is not exactly a high-end tablet like the iPad, this is the company’s budget offerings for those of you who are looking for a solid tablet, and are not planning to break the bank in order to buy. It is a mid-range tablet, carries a decent combination of features and hardware.

And the interesting feature is that the tablet also comes with an optional dock accessory, which is dubbed as the G Pad Plus Pack. The site has also leaked the information and images of the additional accessory.  G Pad Plus Pack is basically a dock with a kickstand that is capable to attach to the tablet in the following way.

It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, which means the tablet supports multi-window, a direct reply from notifications, new emojis, and much more. The tablet is powered by an octa-core processor, which is having a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz. The smartphone offers 2GB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage with the option to expand further with the help of a microSD card.

The LG GPad X2 8.0 Plus tablet will feature an 8-inch Full HD capacitive touchscreen display, which carries the support for 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution. Regarding the photography, the tablet will have a 5-megapixel rear camera, while on the front, there is also a 5-megapixel front facing sensor for taking selfies. The tablet will come with the support for huge and powerful 4,400mAh battery, which will be providing enough juice.
